It looks like her eye socket is smaller on the left side and her eye was set too high not allowing her eye lash to go all the way up. ??Does this make sense??
<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">That makes sense to me. It sounds like her eye mechanism was tipped too far backward when it was set in the vinyl eye socket.

I got an AG off eBay that had this same problem, only her eye was pointing too far to the left. I fixed it myself, but it was a bit labor-intensive.
